The main objective of this project was to expand an important service already existing within the oratory.
Given the precarious structural conditions of the existing building, in a cost-benefit ratio, it was preferred to proceed with the demolition of the latter and with the consequent new construction of a building having all the characteristics to comply with the regulations in force.
Consequently, it is possible to respond by optimizing volumes, surfaces, sports facilities,…; which is considerable if you think, for example, of the technological-plant engineering aspect.
