The new Cultural Center fits into the context through its sinuous shape and suitable for the terrain, the wind, the sun, the water; just like a dune. Local materials and attention to the plants to be planted have helped to define a building shape free from stylistic features and sensitive to internal functional needs.
The idea of relating organic architecture to expressionist architecture was the dominant element for a whole series of design choices.
