Internal staircase in an apartment / Bollate (Milan)

Following an extension resulting from the purchase of the upper floor, the client requested a project for an internal connecting staircase from the studio. Since the apartment, on its lower floor, is already finished in all its parts, we thought of a staircase made with semi-finished materials, in order to avoid on-site work that was nothing more than assembly. Steel, wood and glass characterize an interior staircase composed of a single ramp, since the second hides behind a partition and then intimately goes towards the upper floor in which the sleeping area has been created.
