On a large roof terrace owned by the apartment below, a new elevated building was designed, with which to expand the apartment itself to include living functions.
The linear and light internal staircase (for which materials have been used in continuity with those already existing on the lower floor) and a new building chromatically inserted in the context, have facilitated the overall reading of a condominium building in line with two important segments that characterize it in the context.
