The new residential building inside a Milanese courtyard was built in an area that is very small in size and with a single entrance passage 2.20 meters wide. The construction site, therefore, was organized with small and light vehicles and highly specialized labor in detail works. The new building presents itself with austere facades, but at the same time decisive both in the colors and in the compositional choices among which the idea of using the condominium staircase as a reference element stands out even to be proposed on the main façade.
