The new residential building with a garden built in Milan has provided for the construction of all the apartments in high performance energy class (A4) with particularly rewarding dry construction solutions for achieving this goal. The project is based on a clear volumetric proposal in proposing a body of the building but the line having a much higher part than the other; which derives from the idea of understanding the project building as a hinge in the context between very low pre-existing buildings and very high buildings. The communal garden characterizes the open spaces in which a central "tatami" emerges, intended as a meeting bed for the inhabitants.
