In the wake of the Salesian philosophy, the new oratory in Milan has set itself the goal of creating a simple structure, but very functional and managed by a single employee. Composed of a ground floor and a single part of the first floor, where the teaching rooms were located, the new building has left large open spaces manned for recreation, games, teaching and sports. The outdoor spaces, but covered, were of extreme importance, to the point of creating a real covered square, or better covered by sliding curtains, which is directly connected to the porch. In addition to the civilian tone, laminated wood was used for the curved roof, steel parts and indoor materials that were easily washable and easy to maintain.
