To the west of Milan, in an airy area characterized by the greenery of its parks, a new residential intervention is being born characterized by sophisticated technologies such as thermodynamics to support air conditioning, air purification, dehumidification and controlled mechanical ventilation. Compositionally it was decided to design sober buildings with large terraces, which were beds for the play of the pines of the facades. The condominium garden is particularly well-finished and articulated by design.
