In the historic center of Bollate, the residential conversion of a commercial building that has always been dedicated to antique dealers has been devised. The project was based on the volumetric redefinition of the pre-existing building, substantially modifying it in the architectural composition while maintaining the same chromatic values of the facades, in order not to vary the overall chromatic impact in the context. On the ground floor there are shops, while the apartments are on the upper floors.
The design of the facades is aimed at recovering a relationship with the context.
