Masterplan of the historic center / Novate Milanese (Milan)

The drafting of the masterplan was born from a critical analysis of the state of the places in the center of Novate Milanese. An issue of priority importance was the viability, which affects the urban spaces in an invasive way.

Another important element was found in the succession of places, which highlights a condition of the spaces with a little unitary identity.

Hence the drafting of a project divided into 10 functional lots with their total autonomy in terms of timing and methods of implementation.
