Prefabricated terraced houses / Corteolona (Pavia)

In an area surrounding the town, this small residential complex was built consisting of new terraced single-family residential buildings, whose first characteristic is the very satisfactory ratio between the minimum costs incurred and the high energy performance achieved. The heavy prefabrication system, adopted for warehouses, was the choice that made it possible to greatly optimize costs in the face of a compositional choice with which a construction system for industries was reinterpreted in a residential key.
