Residential building on a vacant lot / Bollate (Milan)

The project for the new residential building in Bollate on a vacant lot, addressed the issue of residential areas in the areas adjacent to the city and set itself the goal of reconciling the comfort and privacy of buildings surrounded by greenery and set back from the street with the articulation of condominium spaces that allow the permeability of the building.

The building is articulated following the conformation of the free lot, from south to north-east extend the two main buildings of 3 floors above ground, the "kneecap", the junction point of the two bodies is made up of a "turret" of a higher floor that acts as a hinge in the variation of the axis of position of the main buildings.
