With this Implementation Plan, the objective is to redevelop a small plot of 1,139.31 square meters, which currently presents several unresolved issues. These include the presence of a blind façade adjoining the project area, explicitly intended to be completed—particularly in relation to the public space along Via Vettabbia—through the demolition and subsequent reconstruction (so-called demolition and rebuilding) of a new residential building. This building will include a neighborhood retail unit on the ground floor, maintaining the same height, while also paying careful attention to the opposite end towards street number 3.

Additionally, the plan addresses the deterioration of a courtyard-side tertiary building that is currently abandoned and also subject to demolition and reconstruction aimed at conversion to residential use, while preserving its current height and reducing its footprint.

Finally, the site includes outdoor spaces that have developed over time with small structures used as garages and other purposes, which are to be removed in order to allow for a clear definition of the courtyards, where a green redevelopment will be implemented with a strong focus on reducing climate impact.
